Representative with the following information:
- Your Name
- Your Company Name
- Your Primary Contact Number
- Credit Card Information
- A Support Case Number will be communicated
to you by the Technical Support Representative.
- Explain your support issue.
- The Technical Support Representative will work with
you to resolve the issue.
- The credit card will only be charged once the case is completely
resolved. If the support call is a result of an error created
by the software then no charge will be applied.
